8am - 10am: Vendor Set-up
10am - 11am: Earlybird Shopping
11am - 2pm: General Admission Shopping
2pm - 3pm: Tear Down
What does this event support?
Christmas in July - Mighty Market is run by the Mighty Children's Museum, a non-profit seeking to raise funds for our yearly Skating Rink. 2023 was the first year we were able to offer free admission to the Ice Rink and we hope to continue to offer that to the community. All profits raised will go directly to funding the Skating rink to make 2024, 100% Free Admission for the second year in a row!
Vendor Applications:
There are 50 available spots
All applications will be considered
If we have more than 50 applications, decisions will be made based on uniqueness and number of applications per genre of vendor.
Application Open: NOW!
Application Deadline: June 26th
Confirmation of acceptance/denial: June 28th
Vendor Spots:
Each spot will be a 10x10 space
Tables and chairs will NOT be provided, MUST bring your own
Canopies will NOT be provided but you are more than welcome to have one (They can not be larger than 10x10)
There is no electric hookup
Pricing:
Christmas in July - Mighty Market: $150 fee
Mighty Market & Ice Rink: $200 (If you pre-reserve your spot to set up at our ice rink you will receive a $50 discount!)
Payment:
If you are selected, an invoice will be sent via email.
Payment must be made by Friday, July 5th.
